Treatments are planned on a personalised basis after an initial clinical assessment and (where appropriate) an online consultation. Packages typically cover the first consultation, radiological imaging, specialist evaluation, treatment planning, the procedure itself, and follow-up check-ups. The exact scope may vary depending on the patient’s needs and clinical indications.
For international patients, the clinic focuses on creating a clear and organised journey — from pre-arrival planning to post-treatment check-ups — supported by a patient coordination team.

Infection control and sterilisation processes are carried out in line with applicable health regulations and recognised international infection-control protocols. All surgical and medical instruments go through a dedicated decontamination process after use, are packaged individually as sets, and sterilised in autoclaves.
Sterilisation cycles are recorded for traceability. Autoclaves and medical devices follow regular maintenance programmes, with annual calibration and technical checks completed by authorised service providers. Documentation can be provided on request.

- For single-visit cases and treatment totals of £3,000+, bed & breakfast accommodation may be included in the treatment fee.
- The clinic frequently cooperates with Qinn Hotel; equivalent alternatives may be arranged subject to availability.
- City transfers between airport ↔ hotel ↔ clinic can be included and are scheduled according to appointment times.
- Transfers are provided via experienced drivers who can communicate in English and prioritise patient comfort and safety.
- For areas outside the city centre (e.g., Belek, Kemer, Kundu), additional charges may apply depending on distance and will be communicated in writing in advance.
