How to Request Data Deletion

At Dr.Visor, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and remove your personal information from our systems, please follow the steps below:

1. Manual Data Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your personal data, you can contact us via email. Please send your request to:

2. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 90 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted from our system.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be removed from our system:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• Any stored medical inquiries or appointment history
• Any personal preferences or settings stored in your profile

4. Exceptions & Legal Requirements

Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons, such as transaction records or communications related to services already provided. In such cases, we will inform you about the data that cannot be deleted immediately.
