This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you, as an expert doctor, clinic, or hospital subscribing to our monthly membership, may receive a refund. 1. Monthly Membership Payments

Dr.Visor offers monthly membership plans to expert doctors, clinics, and hospitals. These plans provide access to our lead generation services, whereby we share patient leads based on the information and treatment quotation requests submitted by guest website visitors. Monthly standard membership fee is £7.99 and Yearly £90.00.
Standard membership fee is not refundable. 

2. Lead Generation Services

As part of the membership plan, we collect personal information and treatment quotation requests from guest website visitors and share these leads with our subscribed expert doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Our aim is to facilitate communication between patients and medical experts to obtain treatment quotations.

3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

We strive to provide valuable leads to our members every month. However, if you have not received any leads during your current monthly membership period, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must request the cancellation of your membership plan.
  • You must contact us within the same month of the active subscription to request a refund due to no leads being provided.

4. Refund Process

If you meet the conditions for a refund, we will process your request as follows:

  • Upon receiving your cancellation and refund request, we will review your account to confirm that no leads were shared during the current monthly membership period.
  • If confirmed, we will cancel your membership plan.
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days from the date of confirmation.
