About Dr.Visor

Dr.Visor is a members' club that brings together leading hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions, and a platform that connects patients with them. We list 20K+ clinic profiles for reference, and we connect patients only with a limited number of member clinics that we have inspected and verified.
A listed clinic is shown from public information for reference only. It has not been inspected by Dr.Visor and is marked Not Verified. A verified member clinic meets our Membership Standards, has been inspected in person, is renewed every year, and carries the Verified by Dr.Visor badge. We refer patients only to verified member clinics.
Member clinics have been checked against published standards and visited by our team. You receive a written quote before you travel, a Dr.Visor representative stays on your side throughout, and the clinic is accountable to our membership standards. A member that falls short loses its Verified badge.
Yes. Listed clinic information is public and you are free to contact any clinic yourself. In that case Dr.Visor is not involved, and we cannot represent you or support you with that clinic.

Verification

We review the clinic licence, health tourism authorisation where it applies, clinician diplomas and specialist registrations, and professional liability insurance. The clinic must hold an average rating of at least 4.5 from 30 or more reviews on an independent platform such as Trustpilot or Google. We then meet the clinic's doctors and coordinators and inspect the clinic in person. Only clinics that meet every standard are admitted. The full rules are set out in our Membership Standards.
The badge is held only by member clinics that have passed verification and continue to meet our standards. Members may display it on their own website, linked to their Dr.Visor profile, while their membership is active. It confirms that the clinic met our standards. It is not a guarantee of any clinical outcome.
Every year. Between renewals we monitor patient feedback, review ratings and complaints. The Verified badge can be suspended or withdrawn at any time if a member stops meeting our standards.
We admit a fixed number of member clinics each year, by treatment and destination. A limited membership allows us to inspect every clinic properly and keep standards high. Quality over volume.
No. The Verified badge cannot be bought. Every applicant must pass verification before it is admitted, and members that stop meeting our standards lose the badge regardless of any fees paid.

Consultations and fees

Yes. Sending an enquiry is free and there is no obligation. A Dr.Visor representative contacts you to understand what you need and answer your first questions.
If you would like to speak to a doctor and receive a treatment plan with prices, a doctor-led online consultation costs £50. It is deducted from your treatment price if you go ahead with the same member clinic. Book a consultation.
You join a video call with a doctor from a verified member clinic and your Dr.Visor representative. The doctor reviews your case, photos or X-rays, discusses your options and suitability, and gives you a treatment plan and price range. You receive a written summary afterwards. An online consultation does not replace an in-person examination, and your final plan is confirmed at the clinic.
Pay £50 by card through the secure SumUp payment on our consultation page, or use the link your representative sends you. Once payment is received, your representative contacts you to agree a time and collect your photos or X-rays.

Events

Consultation days held in the UK where you can meet member clinic doctors face to face, get advice on your treatment and receive a written quote. Some dental events offer X-rays at selected locations.
Register through our website or with your Dr.Visor representative. Places are limited, and any event fee is shown when you register.

Treatment and aftercare

No. Treatment is provided by the clinic, which is responsible for clinical care, treatment decisions and outcomes. Dr.Visor verifies member clinics, connects you with them and supports you as your representative.
Your representative is your single point of contact and works for you, not for the clinic. They prepare your consultation, help you understand and compare quotes, coordinate booking and travel details with the clinic, and stay with you after you return home.
Yes. Member clinics provide an itemised written quote before you travel, stating what is included and excluded. We recommend you do not book flights until you have it.
Contact your representative. We liaise with the clinic on your behalf, arrange a follow-up review and escalate the matter under our membership standards where needed. Guarantees on treatment are given by the clinic, so ask for its guarantee terms in writing before treatment.
No. Member clinics have English-speaking staff, and your Dr.Visor representative supports you throughout.

We use your information only to handle your enquiry. Your details are shared with a member clinic only with your consent, and are processed in line with UK GDPR. See our privacy policy for details.

For clinics

Yes. Any clinic can submit its information for a free listing through our clinic page. Listed clinics are marked Not Verified and do not receive patient referrals, events or representation.
Membership is £149 per month for a 12-month membership. Your first payment, made when you apply, covers your verification, including the in-person inspection. The Verified badge and patient referrals start once your clinic passes. Payment does not buy the badge.
Members carry the Verified by Dr.Visor badge, receive patient referrals from Dr.Visor, are featured as verified clinics on the platform, can take part in Dr.Visor events in the UK and are represented on international platforms.
Read our Membership Standards, then apply through our membership application and pay your first month to start verification. Admission is subject to the annual membership limit for your treatment area and destination.
Yes. Contact us and we will correct the information or remove the listing. Listed clinics that meet our standards can also apply for membership.
