Dr.Visor Clinic Partner Terms

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1 Dr.Visor is a global medical tourism marketplace. We help patients around the world, with a main focus on the United Kingdom and Europe, find, compare and contact clinics, hospitals and doctors ("Partners"). We are operated by Toprak Networking Ltd ("Dr.Visor", "we", "us").

1.2 These terms apply to every Partner that registers on drvisor.com or receives patient enquiries from us. Any additional services a Partner chooses are set out in a written proposal or service schedule agreed by both sides (a "Service Schedule"). If a Service Schedule conflicts with these terms, the Service Schedule takes precedence for that Partner.

1.3 Dr.Visor is not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, give medical advice or carry out treatment. All medical decisions, treatment plans, prices and contracts for treatment are made directly between the patient and the Partner.

2. How to join

2.1 Partners can apply through the registration form at drvisor.com/pages/membership-registration or by email to hello@drvisor.com. Submitting the form or confirming by email means the Partner accepts these terms. A Partner who wants to review these terms or a Service Schedule first may simply ask us by email before applying.

2.2 Before a profile goes live we check the Partner's identity, contact details and medical licence or registration in its country. We may ask for supporting documents and may decline or remove a listing if we cannot complete these checks.

3. Listing is free

3.1 We do not charge any fee to create, publish or maintain a Partner profile on Dr.Visor.

3.2 There are no paid listings. A Partner cannot pay for a higher position in search results, a "featured" or "top" label, or for reviews. Listings are ordered by relevance to what the patient is looking for, for example treatment, location, profile completeness, verification status and patient feedback.

3.3 When we match a patient enquiry to Partners, we look at the patient's request (treatment, destination, budget and timing), the Partner's expertise and availability, and the Partner's track record of responding to patients and reporting outcomes. Partners that do not respond to enquiries or do not report outcomes under section 5 may receive fewer or no referrals.

4. Commission on referred patients

4.1 Our standard model is commission only. We earn a commission for each Referred Patient who goes on to receive treatment from the Partner. There is no set-up fee and no monthly fee for this model.

4.2 A "Referred Patient" is a patient whose enquiry we forward to the Partner with a Dr.Visor reference code (DV code), or who meets the Partner through a Dr.Visor online consultation or UK consultation event.

4.3 The standard commission is 20% of the treatment fee the patient pays to the Partner, excluding VAT. Hotel, transfer and flight costs are not included in the calculation. A different rate may be agreed in a Service Schedule.

4.4 Attribution period: a Referred Patient who receives treatment from the Partner within 12 months of the date we first forwarded them is treated as a Dr.Visor patient, through whichever channel they return.

4.5 Existing patients: if a forwarded patient was already in active contact with the Partner before our referral, the Partner must tell us within 5 business days of receiving the referral and give reasonable evidence. If confirmed, no commission is due for that patient.

4.6 We do not charge commission if a patient does not go ahead with treatment.

5. Reporting and payment

5.1 The Partner will contact each forwarded patient by phone or email within 2 business days.

5.2 Each month the Partner will report the status of all Referred Patients (for example contacted, quoted, booked, treated, declined) and the treatment fee for treated patients.

5.3 We invoice commission at the end of each month. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. All amounts are in GBP and exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

5.4 We may ask a Referred Patient to confirm whether and where they were treated. If a Partner fails to report or pay, we may pause referrals and remove its listing.

6. Optional services and customised packages

6.1 Every Partner has different needs, so additional services are offered as customised packages and are entirely optional. They may include:

  • lead generation and management of the Partner's UK and Europe Meta and Google campaigns (the ad accounts stay in the Partner's name and ad spend is paid by the Partner directly to the platform);
  • online consultations between patients and the Partner's doctors, arranged and coordinated by Dr.Visor;
  • UK representation and patient follow-up in English, in coordination with the Partner's own team;
  • UK patient consultation events, including venue, sales staff, dental X-ray and pre-event appointment campaigns;
  • UK official representation for influencer, diaspora and outdoor marketing.

6.2 Prices, scope and payment dates for optional services are set out in the Service Schedule before any work starts. Unless the Service Schedule says otherwise: event fees are paid at least 7 days before the event, monthly fees are paid monthly in advance, and third-party costs (for example influencer fees, media buying, printing) are quoted separately and approved by the Partner in advance.

7. Term, cancellation and refunds

7.1 There is no minimum term for the free listing or the commission model. Either side may end the relationship at any time with 30 days' written notice. A Partner may also ask us to remove its profile at any time.

7.2 Nothing renews automatically and we never take recurring card payments without a separate written agreement.

7.3 Commission remains payable for Referred Patients forwarded before the end date who are treated within the attribution period in section 4.4.

7.4 Refunds for optional services are set out in our Refund Policy at drvisor.com/policies/refund-policy.

8. Partner responsibilities

8.1 The Partner confirms that it and its doctors hold valid licences, registrations and professional indemnity insurance required in its country, and will tell us promptly if this changes.

8.2 The Partner is solely responsible for medical assessment, treatment, aftercare, pricing and its contract with the patient. At UK events and online consultations, medical assessment is carried out only by the Partner's doctors.

8.3 Information the Partner gives us for its profile (services, prices, doctors, accreditations, photos) must be accurate and not misleading, and the Partner must have the right to let us publish it.

8.4 The Partner must not write, buy or arrange reviews of itself or of other Partners, or offer patients incentives in return for reviews.

9. Patient data

9.1 Enquiries submitted on drvisor.com are collected by Toprak Networking Ltd as data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We share a patient's details with a Partner only to arrange the treatment or consultation the patient asked for.

9.2 Once a patient is forwarded, the Partner is an independent controller of the data it receives and must process it lawfully under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR where relevant, and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) or its own local law. The Partner may use it only for that patient's enquiry and care, and not for unrelated marketing or resale.

9.3 Where we run campaigns or follow-up on the Partner's behalf using the Partner's own accounts or patient lists, we act as the Partner's processor for that activity.

9.4 The Partner's own clinical records for patients it treats belong to the Partner, subject to its legal obligations. If these terms end, the Partner will stop using enquiry data for any patient who has not become its patient and will delete it on our or the patient's request, unless the law requires it to be kept.

10. Reviews

10.1 Patients may publish positive or negative reviews of a Partner under our Review Policy. A Partner can reply publicly but cannot remove, edit or pay for reviews. Reviews may remain visible after the Partner leaves the platform.

11. No guarantee of results

11.1 We do not guarantee any number of enquiries, consultations, bookings or treated patients.

12. Liability

12.1 We are not liable for the medical services a Partner provides, or for any dispute between a Partner and a patient.

12.2 Our total liability to a Partner in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts the Partner paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

12.3 The Partner will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from its treatment of patients or from false or infringing profile content.

13. Changes to these terms

13.1 We will give Partners at least 30 days' email notice of any material change. A Partner that does not accept a change may end the relationship under section 7.1 before the change takes effect.

14. Governing law

14.1 These terms and any Service Schedule are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
