Fixed Teeth Solutions
Kent & London, United Kingdom
A full arch dental implant service operating across five clinics in Kent and London. One procedure replaces a full jaw of missing, loose or failing teeth with a fixed set of teeth, in many cases fitted on the same day.
A service built around one procedure
Fixed Teeth Solutions is the full arch implant service of the GM Dental group, running from the group's clinics across Kent and London. Rather than offering the full range of general dentistry, it concentrates on one thing: replacing a whole jaw of teeth with a fixed bridge secured onto implants.
The patients it treats are usually people whose teeth are failing beyond repair, or who have worn dentures for years and want something that does not come out at night. A full jaw is restored on as few as four implants, and in most cases no bone graft is needed.
Clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council and the clinics are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Bridges are produced in the group's own dental laboratory rather than outsourced, which shortens the turnaround on fittings and adjustments.
Because the clinics are spread across Kent and London, the final bridge fitting and long-term reviews happen at whichever site is nearest to the patient.
Who full arch implants are designed for
From first scan to long-term reviews
Consultation and 3D scan
A free consultation includes a 3D scan of your jaw and bone. You are told at that appointment whether full arch treatment is appropriate for you.
Written treatment plan
You receive a fixed-price plan setting out what is involved. Payment plans are arranged through the clinic where needed. There is no obligation to proceed on the day.
Treatment day
Implants are placed and a fixed set of teeth is fitted, so most patients leave with a complete smile. Sedation is available for the premium pathway.
Final bridge and reviews
Your definitive bridge is fitted once healing allows, followed by ongoing reviews at your local clinic and support from the group's own laboratory.
What the clinic offers
Three levels of finish
Full arch treatment comes in three tiers, separated mainly by the material used for the bridge and the level of cosmetic detailing. Each is available for a single jaw or the full mouth.
Which level suits you, and the cost of it, is confirmed at the free consultation once the 3D scan has been reviewed.
Before and after
Real full arch cases treated across the group's clinics. Results vary between patients depending on bone, gum health and the treatment level chosen.

The people who will treat you
Full arch treatment is not a one-person job. A case moves between the surgeon placing the implants, the restorative dentist designing the bridge, the coordinator managing your appointments and the laboratory technician building the final result.
Gaurav Mehta
Lead Implant Expert
Leads the clinic's complex implant and full arch rehabilitation cases. His work relies on digital treatment planning and guided surgery, where the implant positions are mapped from the 3D scan before the procedure begins.
Rami Daoui
Dental Implantologist
Works across dental implants and advanced restorative dentistry, with a focus on results that function properly day to day rather than only looking right.
Pedro Laranjeira
Implant & Restorative Dentist
Handles implant, aesthetic and full mouth rehabilitation cases, bringing long clinical experience to patients needing extensive reconstruction.
Nicolas Montagnat-Rentier
Restorative & Implant Dentist
Designs and fits advanced restorative and implant treatment, concentrating on the point where a bridge has to look natural and still hold up to normal chewing.
Marta Ribeiro
Oral Surgery & Implant Dentist
Carries out complex extractions alongside implant and restorative procedures. Much of her work involves patients whose remaining teeth need removing before a full arch can be placed.
Shreyas Mhatre
Dental Implantologist & Invisalign Provider
Combines implant work and full mouth rehabilitation with Invisalign, which matters for cases where the remaining teeth need repositioning before restorative work begins.

About Fixed Teeth Solutions
Will I really leave with teeth on the same day?
In most cases yes. Implants are placed and a fixed bridge is fitted during the treatment day. Your definitive bridge is fitted later, once healing allows.
I have been told I do not have enough bone. Can you help?
Possibly. Full arch techniques are designed to work around limited bone and many patients turned away elsewhere are found to be suitable once scanned. A 3D scan is the only reliable way to answer this, and the clinic will tell you at the consultation if the answer is no.
How many implants will I need?
The standard approach uses four implants per jaw, which supports a full fixed bridge. The exact number is confirmed after the scan.
What does treatment cost?
Cost depends on whether you are treating one jaw or both, and on which of the three treatment levels you choose. The clinic gives you a written fixed-price plan at the free consultation, and payment plans are available subject to status.
Where will my follow-up appointments be?
At whichever of the five Kent and London clinics is most convenient for you. Reviews and adjustments are handled locally rather than at a single central site.
Is the clinic regulated?
Clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council and the clinics are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
