St Peter's Lodge has served St Albans and the surrounding Hertfordshire area for more than thirty-five years, run throughout by its principal dentist rather than by a corporate group. Patients tend to stay with the practice for years, which is rather the point of it.

Treatment runs from routine check-ups and hygiene through to crowns, bridges, root canal treatment, implants, veneers, whitening and Invisalign, alongside facial aesthetic treatments. CEREC technology allows certain restorations to be designed and fitted in a single visit rather than across two appointments with a temporary in between.

Fees are published openly and every patient receives a written, fully costed treatment plan before work starts, so the cost is agreed in advance rather than discovered afterwards. Flexible payment options are available.

Adults are treated privately. Children are seen free of charge on the NHS. Early morning and late evening appointments are offered for patients who cannot attend during the working day.

Everyone treating patients at St Peter's Lodge is registered with the General Dental Council. The practice has been run by the same principal dentist for more than a decade, so most patients see the same clinician visit after visit.

In 2008 he completed a Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute, and he has trained with the Californian Centre of Advanced Dental Studies in aesthetic enhancement and smile makeovers. Experienced across all areas of dentistry, with a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative work. He runs the practice. Outside work he plays football, cricket, tennis and badminton.
