Shop Pay Installments allow eligible customers to split their purchase into instalments at checkout. Availability and approval depend on the finance provider’s assessment and may vary by customer, order value, and region.

Shop Pay Installments may offer both interest-free (0% APR) and interest-bearing plans (up to 36% APR), depending on eligibility, order value, and the instalment length selected.

How the instalment length can affect cost (plain-English guide):

• Shorter plans (e.g. 6 instalments):
  These are often available at 0% APR (subject to eligibility). If your plan is 0% APR, you typically repay the purchase price only, split into six payments.
• Longer plans (e.g. 12 instalments):
  These are more likely to include interest for some customers. If interest applies, your total repayment will be higher than the purchase price, and monthly payments will reflect that.

Example calculation (for clarity only):

• Purchase amount: £1,200
• 6 instalments at 0% APR (example):
  6 payments of £200 → Total repaid: £1,200
• 12 instalments at 19.9% APR (example):
  12 monthly payments of approximately £111–£115 → Total repaid: more than £1,200

Important: The figures above are illustrative only. The exact APR, number of instalments, monthly payment amount, any deposit/down payment, and total repayment are always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Dr.Visor does not set, influence, or guarantee interest rates or instalment options. All financing terms are determined and approved by the third-party finance provider through Shop Pay Installments.

There are generally no additional fees beyond any applicable interest. However, missed or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future (and may have other consequences under the finance provider’s terms).

Payment Plan approval is handled entirely by the third-party finance provider. Dr.Visor has no control over approvals, rejections, interest rates, or payment terms.

No. The Payment Plan is strictly a payment method.

• Dr.Visor accepts no responsibility for medical or clinical outcomes, individual health conditions, or decisions made by healthcare professionals.
• Financing terms (including eligibility, APR, instalment options, deposits/down payments, and repayment schedules) are determined by the third-party finance provider and are outside Dr.Visor’s control.
• Using a Payment Plan does not constitute a guarantee of treatment results or outcomes.

By selecting a Payment Plan and completing checkout, you confirm that:

• You accept the Shop Pay Installments terms shown to you at checkout, including instalments, interest (if applicable), and the repayment schedule.
• You acknowledge that Dr.Visor bears no responsibility for treatment, medical decisions, or outcomes.
• Your payment is processed under the rules of Shop Pay Installments and the third-party finance provider, and final terms are confirmed at checkout.
